Hello,
I am looking for a new PC which will be used for designing graphics and animation for online web pages. I need speed masive storage, video subsystem and reliability but I don't want to spend a fortune. I want to continue running XP Prof. and I use photoshop and flash as my main developmental tools I do 2 projects a month and need to store 6GB per month I also need to archive my projects. I use DSL connection to deliver material via FTP sites and VPNs I deliver finished work on physical media. Can some recommend the best comercial PC to meet these requirements

Rather than get set on a specific model PC, figure out exactly what specs you want, consider CPU socket 775(older) or i7 (newer)
Example.
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo3.06GHz
Ram: DDR3 4 GB.
Hard Drive: 1TBx2 Sata Raid 0
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTS 250 1gb

if you are running more than 3gb, then you will want XP 64bit.
Im surprised you are not looking at Windows 7, The latest version of Adobe Creative Suite works Fine with it.
Its kind of like trying to stay with Windows 3.11 at some point you just need to move forward.
And believe me, i am a big advocate of XP, especially after the Vista debacle.
You can find all the components you need at newegg.com, and then shop at Dell to see if you can buy a rig or build it from parts.
