Hello all

First off, I apologize if I posted this in the wrong forum. Am a newb here so please dont be hard on me lol

Anyways I have an Inspiron 6400 with an internal Bluetooth card (Dell Truemobile 355), running XP SP3. I have recently downgraded from Vista due to memory issues. Anyways my bluetooth works well, I have two headsets paired (Plantronics Pulsar 590a & Plantronics Voyger 510)

My problem is when one of the headsets is turned on, no change takes place in the "Sounds and Audio Devices Properties" within control panel. So everytime I want to use one of my bluetooth headsets, I must go in Control Panel and change the audio devices manually from the sound card to bluetooth. It is kind of tedious and annoying

I always thought that once a bluetooth audio device is turned on, the default audio device would change too? Is this not the case?

FWIW, when I turn on one of my bluetooth headsets a window pops up saying the (handsfree/bluetooth stereo audio) connection is successful, but the default audio device is still the sound card. Also the "Use only Default Devices" box is unchecked under the audio tab in the Sounds and Audio Devices Properties window

Does anyone know an easy way to fix this problem??
Any help anyone can give is greatly appreciated
