I have two 20Gb IDE hard drives in a RAID 0 to use as my gaming drive. One drive is ATA 100 7200rpm and the other is ATA 133 7200rpm. Would this be the same as if both drives were ATA 100? I just want to make sure that this setup is going to let me run faster than if I were to only use the ATA 133 drive by itself.

ATA100 is as fast as ATA133.. ATA133 could be faster if the bus was faster, but no, it is not. So you wont notice any slowdown due to the "slower" ATA100 drive.. unless the drive is physically slower..like seek time and the like.
