In a peer-to-peer network, how can you setup a script to copy a user profile
from one machine to another?

You can't. If you want a true duplicate of a user profile accessible on
multiple machines, you would have to be running a domain server set up for
roaming profiles. You can copy user data files and certain settings. What
exactly do you want to accomplish?
