creative card not being found

hi,

my sound card is an audigy 2 ZS, and it works fine, but when i try to update any drivers for the card, i just get error messages during install saying "no creative products found".

The card did come with my PC and maybe OEM, but i heard that makes no difference, same product just no packaging.

Anybody had same prob, or know a work around?

Are you using the install disc that came with the card or did you download the drivers?
