Hello,
I need some advice on how to find a small (6 in approx.)fan to move air across my heat source (halogen bulbs) in a food dehydrator I'm making. My current
fan seems to blow too hard and
makes the air cool too fast

there are fan speed controllers available from dayton and other manufacturers, check ww grainger, there are several RPM fans available from computer parts supplies and industrial suppliers.
