Hello, Looking for a new PC as my dell dimension 520 is now 5 years old and has basically died

I am looking for a slim PC preferably and would like it to be around 600 dollars

It needs to be able to run 2 monitors at 1900x1200, and be able to use 4 programs at once smoothly, 2 of the programs currently lag the laptop i am using a large amount of the time

Dell has plenty of new systems and refurbs too for under $500 new. Anything you get should be an upgrade to what you've been using : )
