Could you help me choose my first laptop?

1_What is your budget?
1300$.

2_What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
16".

3_What screen resolution do you want?
prefer 1920x1080 but 1280x800 would do.

4_Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
More portable then not.

5_How much battery life do you need?
I am hoping for 2 hours (while working in Dreamweaver/photoshop).

6_Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Counter-Strike: Source on medium will do.

7_What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo / Video editing,watching movies, Etc.)
Dreamweaver/Photoshop, video viewing, word/excel.

8_How much storage (H.D.D Capacity) do you need?
not much 160 GB would be enough.

I will be buying it from a local retailer, there is one that could order the one that i want from HP (at least he could the last time i was thinking about buying a laptop). I dont want to ship the computer over seas if it brakes/malfunctions in any way.
