I just discovered that the 2 sticks of Micron PC 2700 that are in my Intel 845 MB with a P4 2.67GHz are running at 166.7 using CPU-Z. The board only has 2 memory slots so I placed a pair of 512's in. This is a box I built 2 years ago. Thoughts? (without calling me a dildo)

OK, I'm starting to get blood flow back to the area of my memory of when I built this for my wife. PC 2700 (333 is somewhat of a misnomer, correct). Would I derive any appreciable difference changing it to PC 2100? Bus speed is 533. Thanks!

CPU-Z is reporting the actual bus frequency of the memory. However, since you memory is DDR, or DOUBLE Data Rate, the effective memory speed if 2x166.7 = 333.4 MHz. You're memory is doing fine.
