Hi Guys

I recently upgraded my pc on a tight budget and im really happy with the results!

The only downside is that of the "older" parts i kept all are fine apart from a diddy 17" (possibly 19 but im pretty sure its 17" ) flatscreen monitor i have.

i play cod4 and WoW mostly and runs really well bt just doesnt get complimented by the screen.

I have a acer w9813i laptop which has an amazing 20.1" crystlbrite screen which looks great so im wondering if its possible to just use the screen from it while using everything else from the PC?

I have two monitor leads (i also have a dvi/vga converter) and have messed about with the display settings but have had no luck so far.

Both laptop and pc run vista.

Ive tried google and not really found anything of any use. I dont even know if this is possible but think it would be helpful until i buy a new screen next year.

Thanks in advance!
