Turtle Beach Santa Cruz

I have a TB Santa Cruz 6 channels sound card and I just bought an Epox Ultra mobo with 8 channels onboard sound. Is it worth it to install the sound card or should I just leave the onboard sound enabled?

It's a good soundcard, but the 8 channel codec is probably good too. The soundcard might reduce your CPU load slightly, but the codec probably supports newer features. I'd go with the codec.

Erm...do you have a 7.1 speaker system? no? ok use the turtle beach...hd sound vs software sound...hands down hardware sound...
