Considering this laptop but...

I'm considering purchasing this laptop because it looks like a pretty good deal...

However, I can't find much info about the machine on the web other than the basics. I've found the link on the Gateway site which is here...

What I need to know is if I can swap out the cpu. The access panel on the bottom of the machine is very convenient and opens to both the RAM & cpu. Since I can't find any info on the machine's motherboard I'm unsure if I can drop a higher end mobile C2D or even a mobile C2Q in it. I've tried to email and call Gateway support but that's proving to be almost impossible.

All I know is that this laptop has a T6400 which is a Penryn 45nm cpu.

Any ideas or info is greatly appreciated...EWB
