Hello, can anyone help me please?
I bought a Majestic DS88 mp4 but I cannot use it since my pc doesn't recognize it as an external device, it appears to be invisible. I tried to add any possible drivers but nothing seems to work. Whenever I attach it to the PC (via USB) nothing happens and the mp4 doesn't appear anywhere, in fact I have just to remove it manually. In this way it is completely useless since I'm unable to introduce any music, video etc.

Possible issues:

1. The device is banjaxed (dead).
2. The USB cable is bad
3. The USB port is not functioning properly

Try connecting it to another PC.
