Hi all,

I am currently having a problem with my old HP c895cxi printer. The printer is connected to my pc which runs vista. I've recently had to do a reinstall of vista and before the printer had no issues.
My problem is that whenever i try to print a word document, the printer moves, everything works, but nothing is printed. If I print off of a browser, it's fine and it prints no problem. I've tried reinstalling the printer and it hasn't helped.
My laptop has the same issue when it tries to print to it over the network.
