Build Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R with wd 2-2terabyte black drives

I have a Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R mobo with 2 WD 2terabyte bBlack Sata drives and Windows 7. My primary drive is a Corsair 80 gb SSD. My system has been runnig for about a year with no issues until 2 days ago when I tried to boot up and one of my WD drives would not show up in windows (computer). I reformatted the drive (lost all of my data   and when I booted up the other WD was showing up in the post but not in Windows (computer). But in Disk Management as Unallocated.

I was using that drive as my storage (set-up programs, pictures, music, documents; you get the drift) and backup drive. Now I have nothing, nada, nathan...I need help...BAD!!!

I don't know if my connections are wrong or if my configuation in Bios is incorrect or what. Can anyone point me in the "general" direction or do you know if WD has a service center in the Colorado Springs, CO area.
