Fuji digital camera repair centers usa

Unless this a fairly new camera I would assume the battery is nearing the end of its useful life and should be replaced.

The battery shown in the link is for Nikon not Fuji (?).

As a rule don't buy OEM batteries unless from a known brand.

Have a look for Hama or Hahnel who are long established photographic accessory manufacturers. Hama claim that their batteries outperform original manufacturer's versions and they are quite a lot cheaper.
