Dual Channel question

Hi, I just built a new comp. Bought the Kingston HyperX 1GB dual channel 3200, with ASUS A7N8X-X motherboard. When i start my comp, it reads that its single channel mode. I looked thru the BIOS and cant find anything to change it. How to I change it to dual channel mode?

Another question, before "single channel mode" it also says "200mhz", Im running on barton athlon 3200+, is that correct? I dont kno that much about comps, any help would be great.

200mhz is correct - DDR400 memory runs at 200mhz, but double data rate (hence the marketing term "400mhz").

Check your motherboard manual for what slots to put the memory in to enable dual channel. Usually it's 1 & 3, or one of each color, but some mobos do it differently.
