i want to not only re size them but make it in hd

in real world if you have a small sketch and want tot make it big then you can find the device were you trace over the small sketch and at the same time the other part of the device is making it big
if you re size a 500x500 image to 1920x1080 then its going to be blurry

is there any software that will actually recreate the image in whatever size you want
if you cant do that then why isn't anyone making anything like it

Sadly there isn't anything exactly like a pantograph (tracing machine) in software terms -- pantograph is (if you think about it) an inherently analogue device.

The best bet for enlarging a subject digitally is to capture the image at the highest resolution available.

Hi, I can recommend a image software to you .That is Snagit. You can resize images and make sure it is clear.
