Sennheiser vs Razer Headphones

Ive been looking for a pair of headphones to buy that have an attached mic. I currently own a pair of Sennheiser HD600's which are fantastic, however I'm looking for a suitable pair to bring with me to lans.

I have looked at the Razer Carcharias as well as the Sennheiser P161's which both seem ok, and I also had a look at the Sennheiser PC350's.

I was wondering if it would be worth the money to grab the 350's at ~130, or if the Carcharias/P161's would be good enough at ~65 as well as which one is a better set.

if there are any better suggestions out there that would be much appreciated
