Vhs capture device for windows 7, 64 bit

help! i bought 2 dazzles to convert vhs videos to dvd for windows xp and neither one works. keeps asking for EM file and after spending hours we gave up. Is there something else that will work on a windows 7 , 64 bit?

I transferred this unit from my XP computer to my Win 7 64-bit computer and transferred VHS tapes to DVDs after doing some editing.

The installation is straight forward.
