Vertical lines on samsung dlp

I have vertical lines the color of rainbows intermittently on my samsung 60" DLP TV. What is this from? What part do I need to replace?

I see the lines with the menu on or off. Does this mean it is the digital board? What does that cost? and how easy is it to replace?
And i need to know 2 thing.... possible one of the 2 is the problem.
first try to display your tv menu and let me know if you can see it ?
and if you do it and you cant its the DMD boar..
if you can so its the digital board and you need to replace it..
