I recelntly bought a G9 laser gaming mouse, how do I program keyboard keys onto the mouse? Like make the keyboard button SHIFT work on one of the generic buttons on the mouse. thank you

check the cd that came with the mouse or go on the logitech website and find the 'logitech setpoint' software, once thats installed you can use the 'mouse and keyboard settings' program to setup what buttons do what,

I did that but there is no keyboard settings. ;(

There should be. If you go into the profile, there is a location to set what each button does in each profile. One of the options is to assign a keystroke to the buttons. I've used it so that in the gaming mode, my back button is now the "use" key (e in half life, f in crysis).
