Hi there,

Firstly I know what evryone will say it's an Acer, but it's on the road to recovery after being restored.

Somehow it restored the software from cd, now the cd drive won't load any more cd's at all. They spin up then when you look at the E drive it says insert cd.

Don't understand any ideas
