System problem

Hello,
My system ain't showing the programs list installed
on the control panel. Plz help?

Just search on "programs and features" on the start button search box.

Thanks for the reply. The s/w are not running independently but needs to be started saperately, like the vlc media player or the win media player needs to be started individually, same with msoffice. However I have reinstalled the OS and it's working fine now.
