Different times between operating systems

Hi all, question about my system clock.

I have 2 internal HDDs. My primary is Ubuntu and the second is Windows 7. The system time is correct is Ubuntu but 4hours ahead in Windows. I reset it, but after I boot into Ubuntu my Windows will be 4 hours ahead again the next time I log into it. How can I fix this?

Set the correct timezone in both and tell Ubuntu to set your CMOS clock to local time (it defaults to UTC)
