I'm running XP and the system gets corrupted fairly regularly.
Therefore, I would like to make a file with all the tracks in the
Library so I won't risk losing them. I have had no luck in identifying
the Library files in "my computer" in order to attempt to copy. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't help with the specifics, as I don't use MusicMatch, but a) why is
your system getting corrupted so frequently (and what are the
symptoms/fixes?) and b) you can/should make a full backup of your computer
or at least your documents (profile and/or wherever) and system state
regularly. Also look into system restore.
