Hello,

I'm trying to install Left 4 Dead 2 on my Sony Vaio VPCCW2S1E laptop with Windows 7 OS which I recently bought but when I try to play the game it keeps telling me "left4dead2.exe has stopped working". The ful problem details are as follows:

Problem signature:

Application Timestamp: 4bcfba0e

Locale ID: 2057
Additional Information 1: b4ee

When I try and run through through Steam it also mentions that there is an "unrecognized video card" (an NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M) and asks me to upload the driver details to their technical "support" team (no response when I emailed them). When I read reviews about the laptop beforehand they said it was perfectly capable of running Left 4 Dead. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both Steam and the game twice now but it's always the same outcome.

Any ideas? Any help or advice at all is much appreciated, I'm going nuts here!
