Broan exaust fan 180 cfm

Hello,
hey was thinking of a broan 180 cfm exaust fan for a room but was not sure if i could put that on a timer. i hear no fan will run 24/7/ was thinking of 15 minutes on/off/

Includes Built In On/Off Rotary Switch, No Wall Switch To Install,

i have cat litter smell in a root celler (no windows) ,10 x10 room in the basements. Smell is telegraphing to the other basements. thx Roger

Obviously check the wattage of the fan against the timer's maximum switchable load or the timer may blow due to the heavy current drawn as an electric motor starts.
