I get an error when attempting to load an ebook in MSReader:

"Microsoft Reader is no longer able to access this eBook"

Then...

"The instruction at "0x0105f5cb" referenced memory at "0x01744390".
The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program."

I have found info on the MS site regarding the first error message and
have followed the instructions specified without any change in the
problem.

I have found nothing relating to the last message. I always receive
both messages when trying to load the program (with or without a
book).

Any help will be appreciated!
