[40K] CSM Blastmaster cost?

OK, I'm working on a Chaos Space Marines kill team, but running into one
small problem. How much does a Blastmaster cost for infantry? In the
book of Slaanesh, it only gives options for dreadnaughts and predators
to upgrade, doesn't say anything about infantry. Of course the Emperor's
Children box comes with a Blastmaster weapon.

Also, in a Noisemarine squad, can the whole squad take sonic blasters,
or just the aspiring champion take it as wargear?

The csm 'dex is a mess. Finding things in it is quite tricky.
