Thumb Drive.... Need help to recover data

Hi, i'm in need of someone who teach me how to recover data from my thumb drive.... at the moment, i've tried a software called 'Data Doctor Recovery' which i download.... but the main problem is that the software cannot detect the thumb drive although the device can be detected and can be seen in 'my computer' but without partition........... really hope to hear from someone in the forum.......... thank you
