Who makes the DELL ultra sharp LCD’s. Is a 12ms refresh rate sufficient to run ANY FPS games or is that way too slow? Thank you. (Im looking at the DELL 2005 FP).

im using a 3 YR old 16ms Hitachi CML 174 (excellent monitor so far) Have zero problems running games
