I have an mx revolution mouse which i got as part of a combo ( the mx5500 cordless desktop) and i absolutely love usin it . It started experiencing problems 2 weeks after i started usin it ... the cursor wouldnt move smoothly it just didnt agree with the surface ... i then had to use a mirror and and some plastic with which it worked well but not gr8(and its very uncomfortable)( im currently usin a corded optical mouse ). i then bought a steelseries sx and it doesnt even budge .
I couldnt get it replaced it as i received it as a gift from my friend when he went holidaying abroad and am not going thruogh the trouble to ship it back...
....Long i know...
Ive now decided to buy a new mouse and am also buildin a new system for high end gaming ... i want to know if i should go for the g9 from logitech or just get another revolution since i loved usin it the first 2 weeks tht it worked well..
The g9 has great reviews and seems gr8 ... i just need to know if it works as well as any other good mouse when it comes to non-gaming activities like general web surfing etc ... and the cable has to be long ....
i know ive probably exhausted u with this long explanation ... but i would really appreciate the inputs as to wut i should get ...
