can you suggest me pci collers or just fans or whatever.
i have a 280 gtx, if i set fan to 60% everything is fine (it gets hot only on max load on dx10) im starting to think its not the card that is suffering from the heat but other components. anyway, what is the best silent not water fan i can install?

by the way, just taking a normal case fan and just throu it on the bottum case facing up towards the gpu is a good idea?

I don't know if it's been done before but a Peltier along with an after market GPU cooler like the Thermalright-HR-03 should cool the gpu chip much better.

I've been thinking about this design for a long time but never got to try it. I don't have a GPU that needs that much cooling except for my old X800 XT which also installed with Thermalright HR-03 but no peltier.
