I currently have a nice LG 19" monitor forget the model. (bought it 2 years ago)

I'm getting into a lot more video editing and website design. Mostly video editing.

Should I get a secondary 19" monitor low cost one for like $100
or
Get a nice big monitor to take over my main display.

If so what monitor?

I was looking at the ASUS VH226H

I am on a budget don't want to spend over $200
