My server is SMART Broadband and i am here in batangas, everytime i go on my YM and open my cam it says that my server is busy... is there any gadget that i can use to get a strong signal??/

nope, u're internet provider can make faster if you pay more they usualy have diffrent prices for diffrent speed.

yahoo messanger with cam at the same time needs minimum 5mb per second speed.
