I have a dell dimension c521, when I plug in the PSU the system powers on automatically with the power button orange (Normally is green). CPU and case fan turns on, ROM drive has power and MoBo aux power led is on, but I have no video on either the onboard nor the video card and I am not getting any beep codes.
I have tried with a different monitor and same thing so that isnt it. I have reset the CMOS and checked the PSU with a ULTRA Power Supply Tester and it is coming up good on all but -5v, I dont think this psu has a -5, idk, I could be wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated. Will pick a best answer for successful help troubleshooting.
