Recovery partition on new HDD Packard Bell

Hi.
I have i-media pc, motherboard orion, athlon 3400+, HDD seagate 200GB ata.
My problem:
HDD is going to broken, on it i have recovery partition with windows xp. I copy this partition on new HDD 250GB s-ata. When i press F11 it no respond "NTLDR not detect". Why it not work with new disk.

Thanks in advance for reply. I can't go to service because i bought this computer in England, but i'm from Poland.

Hi, you must do mirror of old disk.
