  1. windows defender does not work either and i cant download anything with any web browser
  2. i cant download anything so i cant dload the reg files is this because the firewall is not up
  3. Are u had another virus/malware scaner other than windows defender?
try run it or using rescue disk downloaded from antivirus company....

It advised u can download from clean pc (friends / workplace / etc...)....

also u can try disable firewall and defender just for meanwhile (but there a risk so not recommended)
  4. you're infected - disconnect the ethernet cable from your computer and reboot with the Windows DVD in the drive

proceed to delete the partition windows is on and go through a fresh install of Windows, after saving your data (if any) of course
  5. i have avast superantispyware malwarebytes

it doesn't matter what you have - there's only 1 way to be 100% positive you are clean...

and I told you the way already
  7. i was thinking of fresh install anyway but i have all my steam games plus bf3 and some other pc games
  8. You got a virus dude. It shutdown all the stuff that would let you fix it. You could go in with a laptop or a second computer, download the stuff you need and fix it that way. Or take the hard drive out and have it scanned with another computer.
  9. do you guys know what type of malware is it?

I don't suggest this at all because you risk infecting the computer you've connected it to
  11. is fresh install the only answer
  12. yep, as far as I'm concerned...

    but I'm just one voice
  13. anyone know a specific type of malware it might be

Wrong. You're only connecting the drive as a data drive, none of the files on that drive are active. This is the only way clean virus/malware that's capable of hiding on a live system. It's the only method used in my shops.

Not wrong - every time the drive is accessed it's "active"
  16. First of all we don't know how good this "virus" were. It will also depends on how good at the other pc defended...

I'm myself had cleans some of other people hdds....
but if u don't wanna take a chance that it can infect the other comp, (as i said) some antivirus company offer rescue disk that can be burn into cd/dvd... (you will need to borrow other people pc to dl and burn it thought)

Reinstalling OS also can solve it to, it's simple / straight way to fix thing with not much headache.....
  17. is there a virus that can delete everything you download from web browsers because i can still update programs but not download anything
  18. is was running microsoft safety scanner and it found:hacktool win32/keygen but it said it was partially removed.
