External Wiring to an Audigy ZS gamer

Ok, I've got the ZS gamer card. Basically what I want to do is route the topside Mic and headphone jacks into it, just like you would do with sound integrated mobo's.

I can't find a map or diagram of the pinouts though, does anyone know the right ones?
