Edit: Help ME pick a gaming monitor* (oops)

So I want a new 24" monitor for gaming (mostly FPSs) and some movies for around 400$. I'll spend more if it's going to be really worth it.

So what I'm looking for:
-5ms response time of less + high contrast ratio
-Quality viewing angles, brightness, colors, etc
-1920 x 1200 unless someone can convince me that 1920 x 1080 is as good or better
-Lots of inputs (DVI, VGA, HDMI, and anything extra, especially composite, would be nice)
Less important features that would be a bonus:
-tilt/swivel/height adjustable
-glossy screen
-tv tuner
-speakers

Here's what I'm looking at so far:
-Acer P243WAid

-SAMSUNG ToC T240HD

-SAMSUNG 2493HM

-Gateway FHD2401

-HP w2408h

-BenQ G2400WD

I'm open to other options though. Also, none are TN monitors, but I'm open to other types as long as they aren't over 550$ and have a 5-6ms response time.

Thanks for any advice.
