Hotbird channels

Dear All !
Pls. Help. I live here on the North Caspian Coast of Kazakhstan. I have just installed a Hotbird sat' system, but cannot get any more than BBC World.
Lts of Italian channels (13) to be precise, and amny more, all I want is a bit more than BBCWorld news, has anyone any ideas which way I must direct the dish in order to get more english /german speaking channels? Pls. Help...am gettingtired of spaghetti !

hello Mike,
you should have a considerable number of Hotbird channels available from Kazakhstan ( with a suitable parabol )
