Easy Note VX - CMOS Reset

I accidentally placed a password in the bios. Now I wan't to remove it.
Can this be done by a CMOS reset? What is the position off the
CMOS-battery? And how do I get there?

ah right well im no laptop genius or anything

if ur confident with opening up the shell of ur laptop

look for a round silver coin like thing

pop it out and leave it out for a while

pop it back in and then power laptop on

gd luck

To erase the password of bios,
1 to Remove the battery
2 to undo the hood down.
3 to remove the card wifi down is the pile(battery).
4 to Remove the pile then remain pressed during one minute on the button to power.
Begin again several times.
5 To go back up(Raise) the whole and Go.

The only thing that made sense in your post is 'remove the battery'. But putting 'to' in front of it implies there is more to comes, like an instruction. But there wasn't anything else. So are you asking a question?

I think he means;

remove the casing of your computer,

easier to just remove your wifi card and next to that is the battery, sometimes has a black strip of tape over it,

remove the battery.

plug your wifi card back in and plug in your power cable.

hold down the power button for a minute.

take wifi card back out and put the battery back in place.

place wifi card back and screw down the panels.

reboot computer.

Didnt work for my problem of resetting the CMOS settings but i have heard it works for most people.
