Dell poweredge 1420sc noise when booting

my poweredge 1420sc when it is booting it gives sever noise .
all fans are ok. but when it shows the windows logo it restart
no errors on booting
but can not have full boot
it has adaptec 2610sa card with 3 hard drives and I need to get my data off the drives

what kind of noise?

Alot of poweredge models fans' spin up really high/loud when they boot up.

Have you tried disabling the fans and booting? What kinda noise is it?

it is hard drives going bad ,even the data is too much corrupted and hard disk recovery people saying it will take around 8 days to get the data back
