Hello,
This is about upgrading. I have a 32 bit Windows Vista Home Premium O.S. Can I upgrade using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit?

Yes. If you have a valid key for Windows 7 you will be able to upgrade.

You must have a 64 bit compatable processor and memmory cache first. The 64 bit is works better on machines that can run while a numer of applications are open at the same time. 3GB Quad Core CPUs and 4 BG of memmory should be enough Check you manifacture specs first then buy better parts if needed. If your mother board is not compatable with a 64 bit operating system, then you may need to updrade that as well as the CPU.
