problem about vga driver

sir, in my laptop the light brigthness automatically increases or decreases is there is any fault in vga driver

"Automatically" makes it sound like it's doing it in response to external light conditions. If that's the case, it's a feature of the laptop, not a problem with the driver. If it's doing it at random, there's a problem somewhere, in the screen or the GPU, but probably not the driver.
You can probably disable your feature through your laptop's graphics settings if it's annoying you.
