Looking for an audio output switcher

I have lots of audio playback devices that I use on a single computer. I was wondering if there was such a thing, that I could plug my stereo, headphones, and tv, into, and simply push a button to switch which device was playing the audio on my computer. It would have to be powered of course. Another way you could describe it is a select switch powered audio splitter. It simply sucks to have to swap out plugs when I want to play music in the room, and then want to put on headphones for a First Person Shooter.

The name of the device would be most helpful, as well as examples I could purchase on shopping websites.
