Need more info. Which Acer model and CPU? Once we have CPU / Socket type we can assist further. Then we have to consider BIOS.

hey thanks for the reply...... its the aspire 5810TG 15.6" WITH THE INTEL CORE 2 SOLO.. LAPTOP ..... WITH THE H2 BIOS
