Sync problem with Tungsten T3 and outlook 2000

With sync I meant for all addresses and calender items.
If I put a new item in the Tungsten it will not be synced to the pc.
If I put a new item in the pc, it will be synced with the Tungsten.

Check your HotSync settings. You might have it set to Desktop overwrites
Handheld.
