Not sure what it is about some of these poses - there are some like
this, and like the 'arm raised' monster pose that GW uses for things
like Gorgers, Treemen and Possessed that GW makes use of time and time
again even though no one else would ever consider making models in
those poses.

Unlikely, though, since these models will tie in with the Clan
Pestilens army in the Lustria book. Plastic Plague Monks or specific
Plague Rat models are a possibility. I do agree that, without a cowl,
rotting robes or parchment this model doesn't have a Clan Pestilens
feel to it, though.
I'm looking forward more to the Lizardmen releases, though - there's
been a suggestion in WD that new Skink cavalry will be on the way (a
new incarnation of Tichi-Huichi's Raiders), Tenehuain (Tenehuini) is
almost certain given the setting, and I'd expect to see Skink Chiefs
at last.
